Omega 3 pilot bakery

TINE EPADHA has designed the EPADHA 2200 Omega 3 oil for use in bakery products. The Omega 3 oil is a result of know how from the bakery industry, with expertise in lipids and oxidation. TINE EPADHA has its own pilot bakery. In this bakery there are bakers who can assist in developing new recipes or improving existing Omega 3 bakery products.

Our specialists test recipes in our own in-house pilot bakery. We draw on our trained taste panel to evaluate the quality of bread to which our TINE EPADHA 2200 Omega 3 oil has been incorporated.

TINE EPADHA 2200 is used by bakeries in North America, Europe and Asia. Around 70 bakeries in Europe, North America and Asia are using this oil in their Omega 3 bakery products today.

Our Omega 3 bakery specialists have experience with a wide range of different flours and ingredients. Our customers can reduce development time and cost of product development by relying on our experience. TINE EPADHA 2200 is suited to be incorporated in a wide range of Omega 3 bakery products with various shelf life requirements.

Our application team has also made in-house testing in other Omega 3 bakery products like waffles, cookies, etc.
