EPA and DHA have a positive effect, amongst other things by:

- Contributing to increased elasticity in blood veins

- Helping the heart muscle to work the way it should

- Reducing inflammatory reactions which increase the risk of arteriosclerosis

- Helping to normalize high blood pressure

- Contributing to an improved fat composition in the blood (blood lipids)
