Answer:
10 – 25 % of the recommended daily intake1 of the Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. Most of us also consume some EPA and DHA from other dietary sources, such as oily fish, supplements and other enriched products.
Omega-3-added food products provide a valuable contribution to the diet, at the same time as the added amount is not high enough to constitute too much. The product is perfectly safe to use even if you also take supplements with marine fatty acids, eat a lot of oily fish or use other enriched products.
